Simon is a Chartered Wealth Manager and has been awarded “Chartered Fellow” of the CISI which is regarded as the highest level within the profession.
Simon has spent his entire career in financial services since qualifying in 1998. He has worked as a financial adviser, stock broker and investment manager throughout his career. He has specialised in wealth management since 2004.
Since he started in the financial services industry he has continually furthered his knowledge and skills through examinations and ongoing professional development.
Simon has particular experience in addressing the financial needs of people who are considering Aliyah. He is regularly invited to speak about the financial implications of making Aliyah for the Jewish Agency and Nefesh B’Nefesh as well as running his own educational events.
As a son of a Rabbi, honesty and integrity were instilled in Simon from a young age. Simon is proud that his business runs with the highest ethical standards and values. Simon cares deeply about his clients and their financial wellbeing.
Simon is married with 5 children.
Michèle Tarsh
Chartered Wealth Manager
Michèle is a Chartered Wealth Manager and has worked at Raymond James- Golders Green since 2008.
Michèle joined as Office Manager and with Simon’s encouragement, she qualified as an Investment Manager in 2013, passing all her exams first time. She went on to qualify as a Chartered Investment Manager in 2017. She is happy to be able to contribute more to the business with her enhanced role. Michele, appreciates working in an environment that incorporates Simon’s highly ethical values.
After graduating with a degree in Food Science and Technology, Michèle worked as a Commodity Trader (Tea) and then spent 26 years with a company selling ingredients to food manufacturers, the last 12 as Sales Director.
Michèle particularly enjoys looking after our clients, getting to know them and their specific needs and finds that working with them rarely feels like work. She enjoys researching investments and monitoring market movements.
Michèle is married and has a daughter.
Jonathan Benarroch
Chartered Wealth Manager & Financial Planner
Having graduated from King’s College with an Honours in International Development, Jonathan joined the team at Raymond James, Golders Green as an analyst in 2020. Since then, he has attained the PCIAM and IAD qualifications from the CISI and has successfully become a Chartered Wealth Manager.
Jonathan has also qualified as a Financial Planner by completing the CII Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning, specialising in pensions and taxation.
During his time at university, Jonathan was an active investor using the eToro platform. In 2019 he won their national trading competition and received a £10,000 prize for his trading account. Due to his performance he was selected as a ‘popular investor’, a grade that allows the other 14 million users to follow and copy his trades. Jonathan has gained experience through placements in Bloomberg, BDO and other financial firms.
During his university years Jonathan also set up and ran an Amazon retail business, specialising in technology products.
Jonathan is married with a son and lives in Hendon.
Harry Morris
Chartered Wealth Manager & Financial Planner
Harry is a Chartered Wealth Manager and has been working at Raymond James since 2018.
Harry joined as an Analyst, working part time whilst completing his BA in Geography at Kings College London, graduating with an Upper Second-Class Honours. He took up a full-time position in 2020 whereupon he attained his wealth management qualifications through the CISI and subsequently took advanced exams to become a Chartered Wealth Manager.
Harry has also qualified as a Financial Planner having completed the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning, through the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).
Prior to his university studies, Harry spent 3 years studying in Israel (Yeshiva) where he studied religious ethics and philosophy which have contributed to him emulating the honest and ethical way in which Simon and the team at Raymond James Golders Green, operate. He has also had previous work experience in Real Estate Investment Management as well as IT Support, both of which provided an array of skills and knowledge that have proven useful to his time at Raymond James Golders Green to date.
Harry is married and has two sons.
Kerri Trautmann
Head of Branch Operations
Kerri Trautmann started working as a senior administrator at Raymond James, Golders Green in July 2023, after moving from South Africa.
She had previously worked for 11 years at a boutique investment firm in South Africa where she passed the regulatory exams for Financial Advisers. She also holds a National Higher Diploma in Company Administration, with a major in Financial Accounting and Company Administration.
Gina Shellim
Administrator
Gina Shellim joined Raymond James Golders Green in 2023 as an administrator.
As part of this new role she will provide administrative support to the wealth managers and financial planners to support the smooth running of the office, as well as front-of-house support to our clients.
Gina has over two decades of experience working in the commercial sector in both financial and creative roles. She has a strong background in customer-facing roles across many areas including fashion, manufacturing, retail online sales, charity organisations and community support, she is dynamic and determined.
Gina is active in her local community and has two grown up children and two grandchildren.
David Kass
Client Services Manager
David has over thirty years’ experience in the financial industry working for large firms such as State Street, Citi and Axa. David joined the expanded administration team at Raymond James Golders Green in 2024, aiming to further enhance our reputation for great customer service.
He is married and has two daughters who both live in Israel.
Alan Page
Financial Planning Consultant
Alan has worked in the Financial Services Industry since 1976. He has worked for leading accountancy, employee benefit and stockbroking firms. Alan is a Chartered Financial Planner and Associate of The Personal Finance Society and a Chartered Member of The Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
During his career, Alan has provided advice on a wide spectrum of financial planning issues to people from all walks of life. He has advised executives and board directors of global and the UK’s top 100 companies, professionals, entertainers, musicians, politicians and many groups of employees from various industry sectors. He has advised on issues such as pensions, tax planning and employee benefit programmes.
At Raymond James – Golders Green, Alan directs our clients to the most appropriate products and tax structures for their specific needs.
As a member of the two leading professional bodies within the industry, Alan adheres to the highest ethical standards which is in keeping with the Raymond James- Golders Green philosophy.

David Hazelton

As Manager of Practice Intelligence at Raymond James, David Hazelton is responsible for developing the practice management solution to support the growth of Raymond James’ branches and has been working closely with us in the Golders Green branch. David utilises his previous experience as Head of Business Development at Raymond James, where he was responsible for expanding the number of wealth managers working with Raymond James.
David is a qualified business coach, and he frequently speaks at industry events and training sessions on investment related topics.

Peter Moores
Country Manager, United Kingdom
As CEO, Peter is responsible for managing Raymond James’ UK wealth management business and also overseeing all other Raymond James businesses in the UK, including capital markets, M&A advisory and asset management sales.
Born in Dublin, Ireland, Peter read Business Studies at Trinity College, Dublin and was conferred with both a B.B.S (Hons) and an M.A. degree. Peter has also completed executive education programmes at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and the London Business School.
Peter started his career with Chase Manhattan Bank in New York where he completed both the Associate Development Programme and the Financial Analyst (Credit) Programme. Peter spent 10 years working at Chase Manhattan in New York, Frankfurt and London initially as a Relationship Manager, Chase International Institutional and then in Chase Asset Management & Mutual Funds as Vice President, Regional Sales Director – Europe. Peter then joined DAB bank, a large discount broker, in Munich, Germany as Head of Group Development. In February 2002, Peter was seconded to DAB’s UK subsidiary, SELFtrade UK, as Managing Director and Senior Country Officer. The SELFtrade Group was sold to Societe Generale Group in March 2003 and Peter continued to manage the entity on behalf of the new owners. Peter joined Raymond James Investment Services in December 2004 as Managing Director and became CEO in February 2005. Peter was appointed as Raymond James Country Manager for the UK in July 2013.
Peter chairs the Raymond James TCF Committee. In addition, he is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, and a member of its Membership Committee, which supports the development of the Institute’s membership policies. In addition, Peter is a member of the Institute of Directors and a mentor to start- up businesses in London Business School’s Summer Entrepreneurship Programme.
Peter is married with three children. He is also an ambassador for Co-operation Ireland’s Youth Leadership Programme that seeks to identify and intervene with specific young people who are at risk. The overall objective of the Programme is to build safer, healthier communities.
Cynthia Poole
Director of Relationship Management and Business Support
Cynthia’s responsibilities include Relationship Management, Training and Marketing. She and her colleagues are the principal contacts for the commercially independent wealth management practices Raymond James supports in the UK. In addition, her team is responsible for all corporate marketing activities.
Career History
Born in Georgia, USA, Cynthia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Auburn University. Cynthia has also completed Executive Education programmes at the University of Cambridge, Judge Business School (General Management), at Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management (Business Marketing Strategy) and INSEAD (Competitive Strategy), to complement her 25+ years’ experience in sales, relationship management and marketing roles in the financial services industry.
Cynthia started her career at First Atlanta Bank, which was subsequently purchased by Wachovia, where she completed the Management Associate Training Program receiving accreditation in both credit analysis and non-credit services. She advanced through several positions, moving to Wachovia’s New York office as Vice President, Corporate Banking Division. She then joined Chase Manhattan in New York where she became Vice President and Sales Manager in the Cash Management Division. Following a career break to be a full time mother, Cynthia joined Citibank International in London where she developed investment and banking business with private expatriate clients.
Cynthia joined Raymond James Investment Services in 2002 as Client Relationship Manager, assumed the role of Head of Business Support in 2003 and was appointed Director of Business Support in 2005. Her department was expanded in 2006 to include the marketing function at which point Cynthia became Director of Relationship Management and Business Support. Cynthia also chairs the Raymond James Pricing Committee.
Cynthia holds the General Securities and Derivatives Representative qualification as well as the Financial Planning Certificate. She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and also represents Raymond James on the CISI’s Certificate in Investment Management Panel, the CISI’s International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management Panel, and the CISI’s Certificate Programme Qualifications Assessments Board.
Cynthia is married with 2 children, is a pilates enthusiast and has even learned the tricky rules of cricket having watched her son play for many years.
Anthony Scott
Head of Business Development
Anthony Scott is a Chartered FCSI and the Head of Business Development for Raymond James Investment Services. Anthony is responsible for the business development strategy as well as managing the business development team. His department identifies new growth opportunities and works to expand the number of wealth managers working with Raymond James.
Anthony is also looking at all aspects of the proposition that Raymond James offers to its existing and prospective Wealth Managers. Initially this is focusing on refining the research offering, particularly in the light of MiFID II, to ensure that the Wealth Managers receive relevant, timely and, when appropriate, actionable research.
Career History
Prior to joining Raymond James Anthony spent 17 years at Charles Stanley, initially as a Private Client Investment Manager where the team managed and advised on, at its peak, over £500 million of clients’ investments. Latterly, Anthony was a main board director of Charles Stanley Group, with specific responsibility for the Private Client Investment Management division. Before working the City, Anthony had been in the British Army which he left as a Captain and had then worked for 7 years in the Far East for the Swire Group, as a Commercial and Marketing Manager in the Group’s Industries and Automotive divisions.
In his spare time Anthony and his wife live on a farm in Norfolk and have three young children. They have a rural retail business, managed by his wife, which includes a Café, Food Hall, various other retail outlets and host Norfolk’s largest Farmers’ Market once a month (rated as one of the 20 best in the country by the Saturday Telegraph in April 2017). Anthony is also Deputy Chairman of St Andrew’s Club, the world’s oldest youth club, which is based in Westminster.
Stuart Wright
Head of UK Country Management Office and Head of Dealing, Partnerships & Supplier Risk Management
As Head of Operations and Product Management, Stuart and his team are responsible for New Accounts, Asset Transfers, Data and Document Management, Dealing and Settlements, Reconciliations and Product Management.
Career History
Stuart joined Raymond James in early 2002 as Operations Manager, having previously spent over five years working in various roles at Pershing Securities, primarily in operational areas. His final role at Pershing Securities was Assistant Vice President in the Client Relationship department.
In 2005 Stuart was promoted to Associate Director of Operations for Raymond James, and later that year assumed responsibility for Product Management. In 2006 Stuart was appointed Head of Operations and Product Management.
Stuart graduated from the University of Portsmouth in 1996, with a BA (Hons) in Economics majoring in Business Economics. He has also completed an executive education programme at Stanford Graduate School of Business. Stuart represents Raymond James on the Tax Incentivised Savings Associations’ (TISA) Wrap and Platform Advisory Council. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) and reviews the syllabus and exam questions for two CISI courses: Global Securities Operations and Administration of Settlement & Investments.
Stuart has been heavily involved in key Raymond James projects, including the automation of fund trading as well as the development of the Raymond James Loan Account.
David Strydom
Head of Technology & Facilities
As Chief Technology Officer, David leads Raymond James’s long-term technology vision in the UK, and is responsible for the Technology Group and Facilities within the business. The Technology Group includes functions for IT Support, Infrastructure, Information Security, Business Continuity, Software Development and Programme Delivery.
Career History
David Strydom relocated from South Africa to London, where he started as an engineer for a specialised managed service provider that supported blue chip companies across the UK. This early career experience exposed David to wide ranging support and architecture on a large scale and he quickly became a dynamic and valued resource within the firm.
David joined Raymond James in 2009 working in a variety of IT roles, laterally and vertically. He has participated in the design and implementation of the infrastructure, business continuity plans, business applications and workflows. David has demonstrated not only the relevant experience and expertise throughout his career at Raymond James but also a clear commitment to supporting the business.
David keeps active playing a number of sports and since moving to the UK has caught the bug for snowboarding. He is also close to his family who are spread around the globe providing opportunity for exciting reunions.
Mark de Ste Croix
Head of Compliance and Legal
Mark is responsible for all compliance, legal and regulatory matters at Raymond James. His department supervises Branch Principals, ensuring they meet compliance, legal and regulatory requirements. In addition, Mark’s team provides dedicated assistance to Independent Contracting and Professional Partner offices on day-to-day issues while helping them navigate and realise new projects and commercial ventures.
Career History
Mark’s career in financial services began in 1983 working for a retail bank before moving on to a financial wealth manager role. The advent of financial services regulation saw him take up various training roles at Norwich Union, Old Mutual and other insurers.
In 1998 Mark decided to put theory into practice and became an IFA with a regional broker, working on SME pension plans, employee benefits, executive protection and company succession planning. After two years he joined the national IFA Inter-Alliance and became Head of Training in 2000. After overseeing the integration of over 400 new wealth managers from the Lincoln sales force and designing a new T&C scheme ready for the start of FSA regulation in 2001, Mark was made an Associate Director. With the company having grown to over 100 branches and almost 1,000 wealth managers he was formally made the Group Compliance Officer in 2002.
In late 2003 Mark joined Mortgage Intelligence as Head of Compliance to prepare the company for FSA regulation, create a new appointed representative network and manage training and T&C. In 2006 he moved to GE Money Home Lending as T&C Leader, before joining Raymond James in July 2009.
Mark is an Associate of the Personal Finance Society and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI). He has a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Open University as well as holding the Investment Management Certificate. Mark is a member of the Aldgate Group, a training and competency forum, a committee member of the CISI’s European Regulatory Interest Group, and an adviser on the CISI’s quarterly regulatory update.
Mark is married with two children. He is an avid book reader, particularly sci-fi and historical fiction, as well as being a keen runner.
Tracy Speechley
Head of Operations
Tracy joined Raymond James in June 2005 initially as Operations Supervisor, through a variety of positions to her current role as Deputy Head of Operations.
Career History
Tracy has 20 years’ experience in Financial Services, starting at Barclays Unit Trust Managers, moving onto Jupiter UTM, BNP Paribas Security Services and RMB International where she was New Business & Client Services Manager.
Tracy studied Equine Science at Hartpury Agricultural College and trained dressage and event horses for ten years before travelling the world for 18 months.
In her spare time Tracy attends a wide variety of music gigs and festivals.
